Hot Chocolate Whipped Cream- Frosting Tips (2)

This is not a frost the cake frosting, but it is definately a GIVE ME MORE and EAT IT WITH A SPOON frosting! Make sure your mixing bowl is nice and cold, add 2 cups heavy whipping cream, start whipping and gradually add in 2/3 cup hot chocolate mix. You can use whichever brand you prefer, I used Nestle Rich Milk Chocolate first but then branched out. For a really rich chocolate flavor use just 1/3 cup Dutch Cocoa powder and 1 Tablespoon Cold Stone brand “Sweet Cream” coffee creamer. (!!!!!) So good! Of course you can make it to taste but you cant go wrong with heavy cream and chocolate.
