White Chocolate Popcorn Cupcakes
To make the “movie ticket” I used homemade fondant (recipe under “Tricks of the Trade”) but the cupcakes really made it fun! To make the chocolate popcorn I used one 12 oz bag white chocolate chips, and 2 bags of movie theater popcorn. Super easy. Just pop the popcorn and put it in a large bowl after carefully removing ALL the unpopped kernels. Melt the chocolate (I put a TBL of crisco to help keep it smooth) and immediately poor it over the popcorn mixing until distributed. I let it harden then broke it up and placed it right on the frosting.
