This is a technique I used way before I was really good at the hard decorating stuff and it is still one of my favorite looks. It is SO FAST to do, and looks so gorgeous everytime. For this cake I wanted to add just a little burst of color so I did the orange first to get the cascading look and then covered the rest with chocolate frosting roses.
