This was for a photo shoot for a 1 year old! I love this ruffle style. These ruffles are very time consuming to apply but the look is just so fun. When I was applying the ruffles I just colored the fondant as I went. The next time I will color the fondant in balls ahead of time to make sure I have the color progression I want, to me this cake feels like it could use one more shade between the white and first blue ruffles.
