I was all set to bake a cake, but my son said he just wanted Ice Cream Sandwiches so we combined the ideas! Super Easy- so fast. Its pretty self explanatory but use any brand or flavor Sandwich (we used Vanilla and Neapolitan), cool whip, and caramel.
Just layer them up (quickly so they dont melt,) refreeze then cover with whip cream! It was really good.
