For the cupcakes I used regular and mini Oreos. I frosted the cupcakes with a circle for the “head” then to keep the mini oreo “ears” from tilting downward I put little dots of frosting at the top to balance them. It would be easy to transform this into Minni Cupcakes with a little red bow.
