I made these little flowers with the same technique I use to make chocolate roses found under “Tricks of the Trade.” Once I had rolled a rose I snipped off the bottom with scissors (the flat end helped it stand up) and then sat it in a green fondant stem. I just barely sprayed them with Duff brand edible gold spray.
