Colorful cakes just make me happy. I got the request for a rainbow cake and I just thought of polka dots! I used homemade fondant for everything except the red. To get the perfect rainbow for the top I used a smaller cake pan to form it in, cutting the stripes with 2 circle cutters that were within 3 sizes of each other. I let it dry and then cut the ends straight. Bright and Fun!
