This cake was a mixture of several techniques that are all beautiful on their own! For the bottom tier I used Fondant Ruffles (go HERE to learn how) for the middle tier I used the smooth frosting technique found HERE and I made my own easy molds for drying sunflowers perfectly (go HERE to see how.)
