Nutter Butter Cake Balls
These are just so good- easy and fast too. One 16 oz package of Nutter Butter cookies (this works with oreos or any cream filled cookie too) and one 8oz package cream cheese at room temp. Use your food processor to grind the cookies to crumbs. I don’t have a processer so I did it in my blender making sure it was very dry first. Mix the two ingredients in a bowl with a fork until blended. Whatever shape you make (balls are easy to make with a cookie scoop) refridgerate them until cold, then use Wiltons Melts to coat them.
(With or without chocolate these are so good!!!)
