This cake was a combination of 3 different techniques. For the quilting pattern I taped two toothpicks 1 inch apart on the ruler and then went around the cake poking a hole every inch, (the second toothpick goes into the hole already made and the first pokes the new hole.) Chocolate Filling
This stuff is fabulous. Super fast and supper yummy. When I layer it in my cakes it sets up great and helps cut the sweetness of just straight frosting. It is perfect in cupcakes too! 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 3oz package pudding mix That's it! Just mix about two minutes and it will thicken up. When I want to use it in cream puffs I add more whipping cream until its the consistency I like. ... VIEW POST

The grass frosting is a nice option when you dont have time to cover the cake in squares, I used crushed oreos for the "dirt". I love answering any specific questions so send me an email or a comment if you have one! ... VIEW POST
