Chocolate Leaves

September 8, 2015

My daughter and I found and cleaned leaves that were the size and shape we wanted. I put red, yellow, orange and brown Wiltons Melts in separate bowls. Once melted I used them to make streaks of colors across the leaves, blended them with a paint brush (or if you are the one eating them just use a clean finger) and let them dry just a little before covering with a second layer of the brown to hold it all together. When it was completely dry I carefully peeled off the real leaf to see the beautiful imprint! Sorry I dont have more photos- I made these back before I thought anyone would be interested :).
