It is not hard to be your own decorator! This cake was a 10″, I rounded down just one side of the cake since the rest was under the hair. Around the “face” I stacked alternating narrow slices of rice crispy stacks and cake which were support for the hair. To make the hair I rolled rice crispy treats to the length I wanted and then covered them in fondant. Once I had placed the bigger hair strands around the face I filled in where needed with fondant rolls until I had as much “hair” as I needed. To finish it off I took a fondant rolling tool to make lines on each strand.
