I thought this was such a cute idea when I found out Emily wanted to give this cupcake as an answer to a boy who asked her to the dance “I would be hoppy to go with you!” 🙂 To make this bunny I used homemade MM fondant (so easy and good!) using a circle cutter for the eyes and cheeks. To get the ears to stand up you should make them 2-3 days in advance to give them plenty of time to dry. Or you can do what I did here and use plastic spoons underneath them for support. 🙂
