I forgot to take a picture before I dipped them the first time but you can see the 3 steps. I took my chilled pop, dipped the pop stick in chocolate then into the pop, then glued two chocolate chips for ears. (I just used a tiny bit of the chocolate as glue, they stayed on great.) The pop on the right has been dipped just once, after it dried I dipped it again and then decorated them all when completely dry.
