We named our first born son after this guy! And he makes a great Hot Chocolate Mix. Every winter when we visit they have huge containers of it and we just LOVE it. It can be tailored to taste by using different flavors of instant creamer- I love adding peppermint but to please the crowd at home I usually just add the vanilla flavored. Mix it all in a huge bowl and enjoy! Because of the instant milk we just add it to hot water.
10 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 six oz jar non dairy creamer (vanilla or hazelnut are delicious!)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 16oz can of Nestle Quick
(I also add 1 cup of plain cocoa just to get it a little richer.)
a little faith and a lot of frosting
